Robert Earnshaw

Earnshaw has now made over 30 appearances playing for Wales and has already scored twelve goals for his nation. He commenced his playing career with Cardiff City, making his first appearance in 1997. In the summer of 2004, Earnshaw moved on to sign for West Brom, and he scored a vital hat trick after coming on as a substitute in an encounter against Charlton. During the 2004 – 2005 campaign, he scored many key goals for the club which ensured their survival in the premiership. He moved to Norwich City in January 2006 and immediately became prolific in front of goal.

Jason Koumas

Koumas made his first appearance for Wales in a match against the Ukraine in 2001 and was very much a key player of Mark Hughes’s Euro 2004 qualification squad. His finest match for Wales was a match against Hungary where he scored an unbelievable free kick from distance. He began his career off playing for Tranmere Rovers between 1998 and 2002 before moving on to sign for West Bromwich Albion. He went on loan to Cardiff City for the 2005 – 2006 season before re joining West Brom.

Curtis Davies

Davies started his career off playing for Luton Town at the young age of 18 and went on to make over 70 appearances for the club before leaving for West Brom in 2005 for a fee of £3 million. He became a permanent fixture in the West Brom side during the 2005 – 2006 premiership season, making 35 appearances for the club. He made his England under 21 debut in February 2006 and is seen as a future star in the game.
