Lee Hughes

Hughes began his football playing career with Kidderminster Harriers between 1995 and 1997 before signing for West Brom for £200,000, a then record fee for a non league football player. Hughes was named as West Brom football player of the year as he scored a staggering 31 goals for the club during the 1998 – 1999 football season. He moved to Coventry city in the summer of 2001 for £5 million.

Neil Clement

After being un successful in breaking into the Chelsea first team, he went on loan to Reading and Brentford before moving to West Brom and his performances at the club helped them avoid relegation out of the first division at the end of the 1999 – 2000 season. He has now made over 250 appearances for West Brom and can play in various positions, including as a full back or a defender.

Russel Hoult

Russell Hoult began his goal keeping career at Leicester City before signing for Derby County in 1995.  He was in fine form for them in goal helping the club gain promotion in to the premier league in 1996. After signing for Portsmouth in 2000, he moved to West Brom the following January and soon became first choice goal keeper at the club. He played in goal for the club while they were in the premiership during the 2004 – 2005 season and was named as the West Brom player of the year at the end of the 2001 – 2002 season.
